Product program：The project has a capacity of 300000t/a of detergent、250000t/a of laundry detergent220000t/a of washing power 10000t/a of baby and maternal products (laundry detergent, detergent for nursing bottle and fruit & vegetable, liquid soap and products for skin cleaning and protection)40000t/a of alkyl benzene sulfonic acid、AES5000t/a of AES (sodium ethoxylated alkyl sulfate) 、AOS（α-5000万t/a of AOS (α- sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate).。

Construction content：①Land parcel 1 is located on the north side of Longju Avenue and is used to construct complex factories (including workshop and office facilities), station building for public use, sewage treatment station, mineral storage yard, sulfonation workshop, class A warehouse, packing material warehouse, dormitory, storage tank area, fire-pump room and transformer substation, etc.;②Land parcel 2 is located on the south side of Longju Avenue and is reserved for future development.
Ⅱ. Potential environmental impact of project construction .
1、Water pollution source：Domestic wastewater, wastewater for washing of production equipment and initial rainwater, etc.
2、Air pollution source: Sulfuric acid mist and sulfur dioxide incurred during production of sulfonation workshop, and particulate matters, sulfur dioxide and nitric oxide incurred during production of washing powder.
3、 Noise pollution source: Noise produced by production equipment.
4、Solid waste: A certain amount of solid wastes and domestic wastes such as waste materials, 、hazardous wastes and packing materials incurred during production. 。
Ⅲ. Main environmental protection measures
1、Wastewater treatment measure
Wastewater produced by the project is pretreated by sewage treatment station until （DB44/26-2001）hey reach class Ⅲ standard of Emission limits of water pollutants (DB44/26-2001) of Guangdong Province. Then they are discharged into Aotou sewage treatment plant through maniacal sewage pipe. Thus, wastewater has no obvious effect on the surface water environment.
2Waste gas treatment measure
（1）磺Sulfuric acid mist and sulfur dioxide incurred during production of sulfonation workshop are sprayed with alkali liquor in the alkaline tower until（DB44/27-2001） they reach class Ⅱ standard for the second time frame of Emission limits of air pollutants (DB44/27-2001) of Guangdong Province. Then they are collected by the exhaust funnel and discharged into upper air.
（2）Particulate matters, sulfur dioxide and nitric oxide incurred during production of washing powder are treated by bag collector and water dust scrubber until they reach class Ⅱ standard for the second time frame of Emission limits of air pollutants (DB44/27-2001). （DB44/27-2001）Then they are collected by the exhaust funnel and discharged into upper air. Dust collected by environmental protection equipment is not discharged but used as production material.
3、Noise control measure
Adopt measures for sound insulation, noise elimination and shock absorption.
4、 Solid waste
Solid wastes should be classified and stored according to property. General industrial solid waste and hazardous waste should be disposed by qualified organization and household waste should be disposed of by environmental sanitation department.
Ⅳ. Key points of conclusions of environmental impact assessment
After the aforesaid pollution control measures are adopted, wastewater, waste gas, noise and solid waste incurred during production can reach relevant emission requirements and have little effect on surroundings. Construction of the project has no effect on surroundings.

3、Deadline for public opinion：即日起The Owner will collect public opinions in the form of field research and correspondence (affixed with postmark) within 10 workdays.
Content and format of public opinion form are determined by the Ministry of Ecological Environment. The public should get involved by real name and fill out complete information. We will truly record public opinions and suggestions and actively respond to environmental impact issues concerned by the public.
